Authorized Payment Processing
All digital payments are routed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (such as Paytm Payment Gateway, UPI, and major Indian banking channels).

Why does AshuTech use custom quotations instead of fixed generic packages?
Every software project has unique technical specifications, data architectures, and third-party integration needs. Fixed packages often either under-deliver or charge clients for unused features. Custom quotations ensure you only pay for what your project actually requires.
When do I make payment for my project?
Payments are divided into structured milestones. You will never be asked to pay the entire project fee upfront. An initial milestone payment is made before engineering starts, and subsequent milestone payments are made only after you review and verify agreed deliverables.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept payments through authorized Indian payment gateways (such as Paytm, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Netbanking) and verified direct bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS). Invoices and digital payment links are provided for every milestone.
Will the price change after the project starts?
No. The approved quotation remains fixed for the agreed scope. If you choose to add new features or expand the scope during development, an updated scope addendum with pricing will be provided for your written approval before additional work begins.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We maintain a fair, transparent refund policy. If you cancel before work commences, you are eligible for a full refund minus payment gateway transaction fees. For in-progress projects, refunds are evaluated pro-rata based on completed work. View our full Refund Policy for details.
